In 2001 she graduated in Law and in 2006 she completed a second academic program earning a master-degree in international sciences (European studies curriculum), both from the University of Siena. She has also attended numerous specialization courses in law and economics.

Qualified to practice law in 2004, she is a member of the Rome Bar Association. Since 2017, she has also been listed in the Special Register of Lawyers for the Supreme Jurisdictions.

She has extensive legal experience in both the public and private sectors. In particular, in the public sector, she has worked on administrative and contractual disputes involving public administration concerning infrastructure and public procurement issues, personnel matters and damage to public funds. In the private sector, her expertise includes labor law, procurement contracts, contractual and non-contractual liability, contract law and commercial law.

As a co-founder of Scione Law Firm since 2007, she provides legal consulting and extrajudicial and judicial assistance in civil law and administrative law. Since 2012, she has also been engaged in legal consulting for the Ministry of Defence.

With a strong interest in promoting and preserving democratic institutions, she participates in OSCE-Odihr election observation missions across its 57 member states, performing monitoring functions and verifying compliance with electoral procedures and international standards.

Always ready to embrace new challenges, she specialized in statutory auditing and deepened her knowledge of corporate law to help clients manage business risk. In 2025, she joined the Register of Statutory Auditors and qualified as a Sustainability Auditor.
