Graduated in Law from the University of Siena in 2001, since 2004 she has been qualified to practice law and has been registered with the Bar Association of Rome. Since 2017, she has also been admitted to the Special Register of Lawyers for the Supreme Jurisdictions.

She has participated in numerous master and post-graduate specialization courses in law and economics at higher education institutes; she has also obtained a master-degree in international sciences (European studies curriculum) at the aforementioned university.

After some experiences at law firms and national and international public institutions, in 2007 she co-founded Scione Law Firm, where she provides legal consulting and extrajudicial and judicial assistance in civil law and administrative law.

She has also been in charge, for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department for Equal Opportunities, focusing on the study and analysis of employment policies in implementing the renewed Lisbon Strategy in the regions under the Convergence objective funded by the NOP Governance and System Actions ESF 2007-2013 – Axis D ‘Equal opportunities and non-discrimination’.

An expert in electoral matters and the promotion and safeguarding of democratic processes, she participates in OSCE-Odihr election observation missions in its 57 member states performing monitoring functions and verifying compliance with electoral procedures and international standards.

In 2025, she joined the Register of Statutory Auditors and qualified as a Sustainability Auditor.

At Scione Law Firm, she mainly deals with obligations and contracts, debt recovery, enforcement procedures and opposition to enforcement, real rights, inheritance and donations, proceedings and disciplinary sanctions in public and private employment relationships.
